Using development version lilypond-2.23.7-mingw-x86_64.zip on Windows 10.

the scheme procedure (current-time) fails to return a minus number;
#(display (current-time))
returns -498172032

the (current-time) should return an epoch time since 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC
like 1649224800.
