Sigh. A bug with our antique `texi2html`, not present in current
texinfo's `texi2any --html`...

Please enclose the first argument of `@defun` with @code{...}, like
this:

  @defun @code{foo-bar::@/baz} bar? bar bar

According to my tests this workaround succeeds with `texi2html` 1.82;
it also fixes the index entry and is still valid HTML (inspite of
`<code><code> ... </code></code>` in the generated index data). The
PDF output is unchanged.
