I don't think so. Try printing any A4 document from Acrobat or
Frescobaldi and seeing if you get the same behavior. Pretty sure you
will. Then you should either find the proper settings in Acrobat (I
don't have it), or in Frescobaldi, or write a bug report to
Frescobaldi. From LilyPond's point of view, I don't see anything
wrong here.
