The FSF does not provide binary downloads of any of its products.  If
you want to purchase a CD containing prebuilt binaries you can look
here: https://agia.fsf.org/  I don't know if they have the binaries
you're looking for.


On the FSF site you can download the complete source, including source
for the manual, along with complete instructions on how you can build
the program yourself (all you need is a C compiler).

This is what open source is all about...
