This mailing list is for bugs in the GNU make program; this is not a
problem with GNU make.

It's a problem with either your compiler, your environment, or the
package you're trying to build.  I suggest you contact a support list
for TCL and see if anyone there can help you.

Please ALWAYS remember, when reporting problems or asking for help for
ANY package anywhere, to include the name and version of the operating
system you're working on, the version of the package you're trying to
use, as well as any other pertinent information you can think of.
