This list is for problems with GNU make.  Your problem is with the
configuration of the "gplflash" software; it has nothing to do with GNU

You should ask your question on a list dedicated to the gplflash
software.  Check the README or INSTALL or BUGS or whatever file that
comes with the software to find out where to ask for help.
