I'd like to determine whether this is a bug or not and fix it before GNU
make 3.81 is released if so, but before I can do that I need to know
what the right behavior is and I can't tell that based on the info in
either of these emails.


What I need to know at least is: what is the correct, complete path for
the blkid_getsize.c file?  What is the correct, complete path for the
blkid_getsize.o file?
