Details:

Hi,

when using inline comments in an $(if ...) or other $(xyz ..., ...)
statements, the commas inside the comment are parsed. 

$(if $f, \
# heres a comma, getting parsed \
do_sth, \
do_sth_else)


tested with 3.81, sample makefile attached
