Sorry, we can't help. This mailing list is for help with bugs in GNU
make itself. Your problem is not with GNU make, it's that the code
you're trying to compile, doesn't.
You'll have to contact a mailing list or support forum for the software
you're trying to build (thunderbird, in this case).
