Certainly, but I'm not optimistic.  I found a real bug in glob.c when I
was doing triage in June or so and filed a report with a simple test
case; so far as far as I can see it's not been looked at.  Definitely
I'm not casting stones, standing as I am on my glass porch, but it is
what it is.

Maybe we should just accept that we're going to have to do work to merge
again from upstream, and make the changes we need to make locally.


I haven't heard from Juan regarding the test suite changes yet, either.
