Details:

When starting make with "-I ../dir1/ -I ../dir2/ -I ./" makefiles are included
from ./ if they exist. I would expect that ../dir1/ is searched first, then
../dir2 then ./ but makefiles are always taken from ./

If its designed this way, how to prevent ./ from being searched first?
