make -j7-l7
make: l'option « -j » prend en argument un entier positif

This is an error in the Portage build file for this package, or else in
your local custom options.

There must be a space between the two options "-j7" and "-l7"; they
cannot be combined into a single option as above.

This is not a problem with make itself, so this list is not the right
place to ask about it. If you don't know what caused this error contact
the Funtoo GNU/Linux support mailing lists for help.

Good luck!

I had a space in my make.conf file (MAKEOPTS="-j7 -l7"). Well, everything seems working after a fresh install but I can't reproduce the bug so I didn't understood. Thankyou Martin and Paul for your advice, I wrote a little note on their forum...
