Hi,
We are seeing a problem with Gmake 3.8.1 only on AIX 6.1 64 bit
(not on AIX 5.3). We have multiple OSes that use this: AIX, Solaris,
Redhat, HP-UX and OpenVMS all sharing the same build files on NFS
(linux-based). We do a build on Solaris and it finds the Makefile and
descends down into the source tree and builds everything. On AIX 6.1, it
gets the following error:
gmake[1]: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
We used to use 3.8.0, but upgraded to 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 and they all
have this same error. Any help gratefully appreciated.
Regards,
Kevin Barnes
