Follow-up Comment #5, bug #40159 (project make): On a version (3.99.92) from Git the other day, the example's output ends with: Makefile:12: i Makefile:12: i make: Nothing to be done for 'dummy'. It exits with status zero. valgrind doesn't notice anything scary.
