The file tests/README says to use "perl ./run_make_tests.pl" on
Windows, but then what is the file run_make_tests.bat for?  It seems
to do the same, but it also accepts argument.  How are these arguments
used -- can I run just a specific test, for example?

(I didn't yet have time to look closely at the files, so maybe some of
these questions have easy answers, sorry.)
