Details:

Overriding a recipe unconditionally trigger warning messages:

...: warning: overriding recipe for target '<target>'
...: warning: ignoring old recipe for target '<target>'

This makes strategies with a base makefile extended by another makefile look
bad even when recipe override is by design.

I suggest a new Special Target '.OVERRIDE'. Definition: "Prerequisites to this
target may be overridden without producing a warning message."
