Thank you for this new release of GNU make!
(And thank you for keeping the texinfo manual in pure ASCII, allowing it to
be correctly viewed on any device).
I have built make 4.3 on a x86_64 with Slackware 13.37 in it. The
compilation went well and the resulting 'make' builds all my projects
flawlessly, but 2 tests failed:
functions/wildcard ...................................... FAILED (8/10 passed)
I attach the .diff files. (I have been unable to find the cause of the problem).
BTW, what do you think about using 'diff -u' instead of 'diff -c' to create
the diffs. I find it easier to read them with -u.
