OK, but please have the message distinguish like these do:

$ cat /tmp/G
cat: /tmp/G: No such file or directory
$ /tmp/G
bash: /tmp/G: No such file or directory
$ touch /tmp/G
$ cat /tmp/G
$ /tmp/G
bash: /tmp/G: Permission denied
