Installation: Manual text

In the section "1.3 Basic installation" of the manual, it states:

"You can run these programs from within their directories, but I recommend you
to install
them in proper locations using make install from a root shell."

It might be worth mentioning that the executables could be placed somewhere
else using
the `--prefix' argument to `configure'. I did this because I installed the
version supplied
by Ubuntu via `synaptic' and I just want to have the original sources from the
tarball from the
current version and the development version from the Git repository in addition.

I haven't checked this, but apart from being able to install in, e.g.,
/usr/bin, I can't imagine there would be
any need for `root' permissions with respect to MDK.
