Broken M2-Planet link on the GNU MES page

The link for M2-Planet is malformed on the GNU MES page.

Currently it points to: "https://github.com/oriansj/mes-m2]bto be transpiled by [["

The Scheme interpreter is written in ~5,000 LOC of simple C, and the C compiler written in Scheme and these are mutual self-hosting. This mes.c is now being simplified to be transpiled by M2-Planet.

It should likely point to "https://github.com/oriansj/m2-planet" and look like this:
