I don't expect tclock to compile if math.h is missing. If the
file is missing then I expect: 1) tclock is omitted from the
compilation (considering it's a test only), or 2) I'll be
informed that math.h is necessary from the configure script
(because it's nice to get this info already in the configure
stage).
