Hi

tmux may have multiple palettes in use at once, so palette setting will
only work properly on terminals with RGB colour support and where RGB
colour is configured for tmux.

I think this is best left for those who understand the limitations to
configure it themselves, it is not hard to create a modified terminfo
entry.
