Weird. BTW: Parted can move the start of FAT partitions.
Does scandisk still like the FAT partition? If so, it's a (weird) bug
in Partition Resizer. Probably a CHS/LBA thing, given the error
messages
Parted is giving you. (you have a rather broken partition table, due
to CHS/LBA problems)
