Changes:
* applied patch for ATA RAID from Arjan
* added $PARTED_LIBS to rl_completion_matches check in configure.in, to
catch termcap/curses/whatever in the link.
* fixed some warnings for gcc 3.0 (thanks Tom!)
* added ext3 probe support (thanks msw!)
* fixed ja.po (thanks msw!)
* added doc/FAQ
* applied patch from msw - make device.c handle weird devices that
don't use /dev/maindeviceN for partitions.
* added ped_disk_get_primary_partition_count() and
ped_disk_get_last_partition_num() to API
