That's how my disk is partitioned:
1 extended
5 logical linux-swap
6 logical ext3
3 primary fat32
2 partition "slot" is unused.
Parted version 1.4.2 works just fine. But 1.6.2 sees only one partition
("print" command says 1 - fat16).
I've used these files from ftp:
partboot.img (2002.06.02)
partroot-1.6.2.img (2002.07.06)
