crashed big reiser-partition with parted. any help?

it did not shrink the partition. 
checked with cfdisk. no space available behind reiser after crashed 
parted-shrink.
 
the next thing i did was recreating the partition.
this was easy since i redid it with cfdisk the same way i created it.
one primary linux as large as possible.
 
repeated mount and reiserfsck, (but not the sb-thingie)
 
to no avail.  :-(
