No they don't care. The response was : userland stuff should not link
with kernel headers, but have their own local copy of them. We will not
accept this patch anytime soon (was pre 2.6, i think).

It is fixed in debian linux kernel header, and as said, userland should
use its own copy of these headers, and fix it locally.
