I took a quick look, and i think svn looks just good for us.
I don't think we really need a decentralized VCS, the repository migration cost
is low (as low as null cause you already have a svn repo :P ), and it's very 
easy
to use when you already know CVS.
So as everybody agree let's use it :)

Leslie wanted to use Berlios to put everything there, so do we wait until it's
ready or can we just switch from cvs to svn on alioth and maybe transfer the
whole repository later (if it's possible (and usefull ?))
