That's correct, together with Sven Luther.
Unfortunately I will go away for a week tomorrow and have virtually
no internet access for this time. I planned to release 1.6.24 but with
Alioth down it's not really possible.
But I'm going to see what I can do tomorrow morning (CEDST).
