Maybe we could add, for posterity, that this version is
exactly the same as Parted 1.6.25, but the compatibility
with Parted 1.6.24 is correctly maintained while 1.6.25
was incorrectly set incompatible (different soname).

So any packager (for a distribution or whatever) should
use 1.6.25.1 instead of 1.6.25 (but it's ok to use 1.6.25
if it has already been packaged for a particular distro,
1.6.26 will be binary incompatible with both anyway).
