Using /dev/sdc (parted) print-fdisk You found a bug in GNU Parted. Please email a bug report to address@hidden containing the version (1.6.22), and the following message:
Assertion ((PedSector) PED_LE64_TO_CPU (gpt.AlternateLBA) <= disk->dev->length - 1) at disk_gpt.c:575 in function gpt_read() failed. Ignore/Cancel?
------------------------------------------------
I've lost a volume group due to this disc and I cannot edit it with parted (maybe partition table is incorrect or something? It's gpt).
vgscan shows:
