sure.

I see only the 1 and 2 partition mandatory for W7.

You can make room for Linux from Windows 7. W7 is able to change the partition size, so the best way IMHO is to shrink a partition, that is the number 2

then remove the 3 or 4 (or the two of them) and create an extended one in the free space.

of course as Rod said, create first a set of backup dvd, just in case.

that said, you can also buy a bigger disk :-)

(however just now the disk price is extremely high and you may have to wait a bit)
