[Bug-stow] Target Directory Root

I tried doing stowing to the root directory and the installation went fine. 
When I tried to unstow the program stopped when it encountered an 
unreadable symlink under the proc filesystem.
stow -vv -t / stow-1.3.3pre4/
......
stow -Dvv -t / stow-1.3.3pre4/
.....
stow: Cannot read link /proc/2/exe (No such file or directory)
