I've check bprintf-1.0.tar.gz, but I couldn't find any support
positioned parameter, such as %2$d. For example,
bprintf (buffer, "Testing position parameter: %2$s %1$s\n", "1st", "2nd");
will fail. It should become: "Testing position parameter: 2nd 1st\n"
So it can't be used to fix this bug.
