These new occurrences of @url in maintain.texi should be @uref:

    address@hidden://www.gnu.org/gnu/linux-and-gnu.html}.

This is an extremely common mistake.  99% of the time, people mean @uref
when they write @url.

So I'd like to propose that I make @url and @uref the same thing, and
invent a new command, say @literalurl, for what @url is now -- a way to
mark/display a URL without making it into a link in the HTML (or other) output.
