I've now fixed the Guile copy of r5rs.texi so that texi2dvi can
successfully build r5rs.dvi from it.

IMO all the problems but one were problems with the source, and not
with texi2dvi.  But there remains one problem which might indicate a
bug in texi2dvi, so I thought you'd like to look at it.

In the fixed copy of r5rs.texi that I've put up at
http://www.ossau.uklinux.net/r5rs.texi, note the three lines
7336--7338:

Like this, texi2dvi is successful.  The bug is that texi2dvi gets an
error if the address@hidden ' at the beginning of each of these lines is 
removed.
I say this is a bug because my expectation is that address@hidden ... @end
ignore' should ignore the affected lines just as effectively as with
address@hidden'.
