vi-keys not at all like vi.

As a long time vi/vim user, I'd like to inform you that the vi-keys mode
for the info command is just broken.

In particular, 'j' and 'k' move the buffer up or down by one line, but
do not move the cursor.  This makes it nearly impossible to get back to
a line above the line one is currently on to select a previous node.
And having to hit C-x RET to enter a node is just silly.
