URL followed by black rectangle extends into the right margin of a dvi

The part "New institutions such as the
@uref{http://www.gnu.org/fsf/fsf.html, Free Software Foundation} can
also fund programmers." of the Texinfo-file that I have appended to
this mail produces a strange output when processed by texi2dvi
<filename>: the URL in the "()" extends into the right margin and is
followed by a black rectangle.

Is it a bug?

I use Debian GNU/Linux 2.2 with texi2dvi (GNU Texinfo 4.0) 0.43 and
TeX (Web2C 7.3.1) 3.14159.

\input texinfo @c -*-texinfo-*-

@c %**start of header
@setfilename should_be_free.info
@settitle Why Software Should Be Free
@setcontentsaftertitlepage

New institutions such as the @uref{http://www.gnu.org/fsf/fsf.html, Free
Software Foundation} can also fund programmers. Most of the
foundation's funds come from users buying tapes through the mail. The
software on the tapes is free, which means that every user has the
freedom to copy it and change it, but many nonetheless pay to get
copies. (Recall that ``free software'' refers to freedom, not to
price.) Some users order tapes who already have a copy, as a way of
making a contribution they feel we deserve. The Foundation also
receives sizable donations from computer manufacturers.
