Spaces in entry names

Hello,

I think it's a bug (or a design bug) that an entry name can't contain
spaces in it (`install-info --remove' fails), because it's apparently
possible to know an entry name even if it contains spaces.  Given that

  * CC Mode: (cc-mode). ...

we can know that the entry name is '\*[[:space:]]\([^:][^:]*\):', if
using regex notation.
