FWIW, I have a similar problem with the Emacs manual available from
that URL: it's from a _very_ old version of Emacs (20.3, IIRC), and
I'm unable to fix that. Last time I asked about that, I was told that
these pages are automatically updated by some scripts which nobody
knows where they are or how to modify them. Or something to that
effect.
