Yes, but a name of an anchor can be anything. Just use something other
than `+' and `-', and you will be okay. Why do you have to use those
characters?
I understand why such characters sometimes happen in node names: node
names appear in menus, and are supposed to be read by the human reader.
But anchors don't, so you should be at liberty to choose a different
name, no?
