Error compiling texinfo-4.2 under msys/minw32/Win2KPro

Texinfo Team -

I've tried to compile texinfo-4.2 using the msys 1.0 shell environment with 
the latest mingw32 compiler on a Win2KPro machine. I got a an error in 
texinfo-4.2/intl/localename.c that said LANG_SORBIAN undefined.

I went into the .c file and commented it out since I don't use that 
language, no big deal. Then I found the following comment:

/* Mingw headers don't have latest language and sublanguage codes.  */

after which the texinfo developers proceed to define a whole bunch of 
LANG_* constants,so it appears that one just got left out. What is the 
proper definition of LANG_SORBIAN?

I'm also trying to figure out why I'm getting the message:

texinfo-4.2/info/man.c:475: storage size of 'timeout' isn't known in 
function 'read_from_fd'

but I'm still looking for that one.
