In a fresh cvs checkout and build, the doc directory fails with
../makeinfo/makeinfo -I../../doc texinfo.txi
texinfo.txi:19: @include `version.texi': No such file or directory.
I think the rule for the "texinfo" info file (in doc/Makefile.am)
should have a dependency on version.texi.
(No doubt this is only a problem for a fresh cvs, the dist includes
version.texi already of course.)
