Short Sample Texinfo File

The "Short Sample Texinfo File" that is used in texinfo.txi, and
appears in a complete form in one part of the file and as commented
fragments in another, is a little out of sync in the two places.
Extracting the commented part and the complete example and diffing
them yields the attached differences.
