oops, my patch was wrong, sorry.  Please find attached a corrected
version.

Hope it'll be OK this time.

PS: I beleive these corrections are important, if TeXinfo is to be
a reliable sustem for making English manuals.
I just don't think this makes any change for the support of other
languages.
