Hi,

I am new to this list. My name is Jose E. Marchesi and i am spanish. 
I am going to maintain the standalone info program.

I have some experience working within the GNU Project. I coordine GNU
Spain, maintain the ACM package, maintain the gnu-user-groups.html
webpage and maintain the prep/tasks.html list.
