segfault in makeinfo 4.0 for funny @table option

Hi people,

I accidentally put
@table @item
somewhere, instead of
@table @code (or @asis, or whatever)

This caused makeinfo 4.0 to segfault... took me a while to find out it
was due to the above since it didn't give a line# when it segfaulted ;-)

Unfortunately, I can't verify this with the latest makeinfo right now,
so I figured I'd better report it anyway so it doesn't get lost...
