No, it isn't. James Morrison, my friend and fellow GNU Press
contributor, is pushing Texinfo 4.5 and other patches upstream into
gcc-3_3-branch.
I am now working off Texinfo MAIN for typesetting so that it
will be easier to pass patches to you.
