        Now Karl, I want to leave this decision up to you.  Notice that
with this patch applied, the paragraphs are really pretty.

        Do we want to make this the default behaviour.  That is, do we
want to rename "@firstparagraphindent default" to something else and
make "@firstparagraphindent suppress" the default?  I think it looks
nicer that way, but it could change the page breaking.
