As far as TeX is concerned, I have heard about TeX-XeT which should
be able to typeset right to left.  Thus I guess it's possible to use
TeX to typeset right to left texts.

As far as text editing is concerned, there must be _a_text_editor_ to
edit such texts.  I don't know whether any of those editors can also
run lisp programs ;-).

It might seem that there may not be too much work left...
